Do you take a commission from our visit fees?
No. PetCareAtDoor never takes a percentage of your practice's home-visit fees. You keep 100% — the only cost is the flat £149.90/month subscription.
How much does the Practice Partnership Program cost?
£149.90/month, flat. There's no upfront cost to register, and no subscription charge until your practice has completed its first 10 home visits.
Are the first 10 visits really free?
Yes. Your first 10 completed home visits carry no subscription fee at all — completed visits, not just requests or accepted bookings.
Why is the practice plan priced differently to the individual professional plan?
The individual professional plan (£49.90/month, first 5 completed bookings free) is built for a single vet or RVN. A practice account covers your whole team and typically a higher volume of visits, so it's priced and free-visit-limited accordingly.
Can we still serve our own existing clients through the platform?
Yes. Your dashboard shows both bookings that come from PetCareAtDoor's marketplace and ones you enter manually for your own clients, side by side — so your practice can run its whole home-visit book from one place.
Can we choose which days and hours we accept home visits?
Yes. You set your practice's home-visit days, hours and daily capacity yourself in Home Visit Settings, and bookings are automatically checked against it.
How do we manage multiple vets and nurses under one account?
Your practice account has its own team management — add your staff, and assign incoming bookings to whichever team member is covering them.
How do we get paid?
Your practice's home-visit fee is paid directly between the pet owner and your practice, through the platform's payment process. The £149.90/month subscription is billed separately via Stripe, and you can manage your card, invoices and cancellation any time from your dashboard's billing portal.
